Shipping and Returns

Online purchases of $150 or more receive free shipping.

Shipping for bespoke and fine jewelry purchases will be calculated based on your location and the insurance required for the item. You will be informed of this cost estimate during the quote approval. 

We accept returns on eligible, non-custom items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is deemed defective.

Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale and not eligible for return. If your custom item arrives damaged or flawed, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
